FUSILES CON SALSA PUTANESCA

Ingredientes:

  • 1 paquete de fusiles Don Yeyo x 500gr.
  • 3 cebollas.
  • 5 tomates.
  • 12 aceitunas negras.
  • 8 anchoas.
  • Alcaparras 90 gr.
  • 1 chile.
  • 3 dientes de ajo.
  • Salsa de tomate 200 cm3.
  • Orégano, perejil.
  • Sal, pimienta y oliva.

Preparación:

Picar la cebolla, ajo y chile. Trozar los tomates y las anchoas. Comenzar salteando en oliva el ajo con el chile. Incorporar la cebolla, orégano y anchoa, luego los tomates. Para terminar la salsa de tomate agregar las aceitunas negras y las alcaparras, reducir a punto salsa e incorporar perejil picado, y servir junto a los fusiles.
