CAPPELLETTIS IN BRODO

Ingredientes

  • 1 papa
  • 1 batata
  • 1 puerro
  • 1 choclo
  • 1.5 lt. de agua
  • Opcional: verduras a elección
  • Cappellettis Don Yeyo

Preparación

Cortar las verduras en trozos grandes, cubrirlos con el agua y hervirlos. Bajar el fuego y dejar que las verduras se cocinen despacio y larguen todo el sabor y sus sales naturales. Condimentar a gusto, o dejar al natural.
Consejo: hacer el caldo el día anterior a consumirlo, para que tenga mucho más sabor.

Hervir los cappellettis en abundante agua por 5 minutos. Colarlos y agregarlos al caldo un par de minutos más hasta que la masa quede bien suave.

Servirlos en plato hondo con queso rallado por encima.
