SANDWICH DE JAMÓN CRUDO Y QUESO BRIE

Ingredientes: (para 4 sándwiches)

  • Pan 100% grano entero Don Yeyo (12 rebanadas).
  • Jamón crudo 12 fetas.
  • Queso brie 150 gr.
  • 16 tomates secos.
  • Rúcula ½ atado
  • Mayonesa, mostaza, queso crema.
  • Sal, pimienta y oliva.

Preparación:

Hidratar los tomates, condimentar con sal, pimienta y oliva. Cortar el queso brie en fetas.

Tomar 3 rebanadas, untar en un cara queso crema, colocar la rúcula y los tomates secos. Untar nuevamente con queso crema y cerrar. Untar con mayonesa la segunda rebanada, incorporar el queso brie y jamón crudo. Untar la tercera rebanada con mostaza y cerrar para obtener un exquisito sándwich triple.
