Meats
We select premium beef and chicken, vacuum-packed or frozen as required to maintain safety, freshness, flavor, juiciness, and nutritional value. Certified by SENASA, all meats go through rigorous traceability and quality control processes.

Flours
We work with flours specifically classified for each product line: 000, 0000, whole grain, and durum wheat semolina. Each type is chosen for its unique characteristics, ensuring the ideal dough for every preparation.

Cheeses
Every recipe begins with a careful selection of cheeses: mozzarella, tybo, blue, and reggianito. The reggianito, in particular, stands out for its extended aging time, which intensifies flavor and provides a firmer texture.

Eggs
Our top-quality eggs are selected, dehydrated, and pasteurized to preserve their nutritional and functional properties intact. This guarantees food safety and stability in every recipe.

Ham
