Bajar el fuego y dejar que las verduras se cocinen despacio y larguen todo el sabor y sus sales naturales. Condimentar a gusto, o dejar al natural.<br>Consejo: hacer el caldo el d\u00eda anterior a consumirlo, para que tenga mucho m\u00e1s sabor.<br><br>Hervir los cappellettis en abundante agua por 5 minutos.
